5 months of paying R890 for “unlimited 4G/5G” and getting 20-33 Mbps instead of the 200-300 Mbps I used to get on the exact same tower.
Requested a new router 3 times → still waiting.

Last 5 months speeds dropped from 230+ Mbps to 33 Mbps max.
Paying R890 for this is painful.
Requested replacement router weeks ago – still nothing.

For 33 Mbps in 2025.
That’s R13.48 per megabit.
Even Telkom DSL from 2012 is laughing at you right now.
Still no new router after 3 requests.
