The universe smiled upon me this afternoon! Received early delivery of the not-yet-released album by @danmanganmusic.
Still unclear how I deserved it, but this beautifully written album was hand delivered by Mr Mangan himself
It's a gem

@curtisisbooger I found a VHS of #BetterOffDead in a discount bin in the early 90s; it quickly became one of my fave movies ever -- it is over the top in it's ridiculousness, but the jokes never get old

@KmartStoresCAN Sweet Marie is my all-time fave

@bananafitz I graduated high school in 1994. My father *almost* died in a car crash a few years previously. 4 kids my age died in a crash the year before I graduated (I didn't know them, but my friend did)

[Bev G @BevGrondin]

I'm kinda excited about this

[CBC News Alerts @CBCAlerts]

Hudson's Bay says it will relaunch Zellers in early 2023, with a new ecommerce site and an expanded presence within Hudson's Bay department stores. The news comes a decade after the discount chain shuttered most of its locations. https://t.co/5QOqMKRCzr

@TheBloggess this was me for years until I installed en ebook app on my phone 😄

[Bev G @BevGrondin]

@TheBloggess As a copy editor, I can honestly say that writing is far more challenging. As a writer, you reveal a part of your soul, while we (editors) just have to know (and stick to) the style & grammar rules

On a pitch-dark night, just a small candle can make the whole darkness look beautiful. Similarly in a foggy mind, just one good thought can create a precious smile that even your tears would appreciate. From my cabin in the wilderness, I am dispatching joy, hope and positivity.

Make a list of incidents that made you sad this month.
Make another list of incidents that made you happy this month.
Calculate, & you’ll find out that happy incidents outnumbered sad ones.
You will notice that you mostly remembered or thought about sad ones.
Remember joy too!

Retweet if you think that your government should bring back mask mandates. 😷

[Bev G @BevGrondin]

@NaheedD Asked my 13-yr-old how many of his classmates wore masks today.
"Everybody." 👍

[Naheed Dosani @NaheedD]

So let me get this straight: Rich private schools in Ontario are allowed to keep their own mask mandates in place to protect their staff & students but publicly funded schools aren’t allowed to do the same?

So. Wrong.

[Dr. Amit Arya @AmitAryaMD]

Retweet this if you will continue to wear a mask.

[Ida 🇵🇸 @ida_skibenes]

As I’m watching husbands and fathers say goodbye to their loved ones, their children, not knowing if they will ever see them again, I just cannot believe that for two years we’ve been watching people cry and protest over having to wear a fucking mask.

Fellow Ontario drivers - please like and retweet if you would rather pay $120 a year to renew your license plate than lose aprox $1-billion A YEAR in govt spending on public services like healthcare and education. #onpoli #onted
