Now OnePlus tells me I was talking to the wrong support team after days of calls and repeated explanations—though all agents knew I’m from India (Rajkot, Gujarat). This is unacceptable. Please resolve this urgently and stop making customers run in circles. @OnePlus_IN @oneplus

Customer care promised I wouldn’t need to submit my phone—they’d just check it and call me once the display arrives. But the Rajkot centre denied receiving any such email, were rude, and refused to help despite me showing the communication from OnePlus support.
