@JillWineBanks New York's case SHOULD go first because it is a great dry run. The bugs, if any, could be ironed out BEFORE the felony cases are heard. That's from the surrender to the actual indictment. Clear up any glitches in the NY case before the others. My humble opinion:)

@AriMelber You are an esteemed lawyer. If the Supreme Court can overturn a 49 yr. precedent, what is stopping defense lawyers from using this same tactic with murderers etc. It used to be that precedents really meant something in the Rule of Law, apparently not anymore.

@JillWineBanks If Roe vs Wade can be gutted after 50 years as a precedent, this will impact the entire judicial system when precedents are cited during all court cases. Precedents used to mean something! There is a much bigger picture here that must be addressed.
