@USAA_help is there anyone that help me from @USAA this is a nightmare my car has been missing since yesterday. Roadside assistance doesn't even know where my car is. I need someone that can actually help. Not road assistance help. @USAA step up or I'll find another insurance.

@USAA_help I ordered roadside service at 1:30pm today and the towing company didn't get to vehicle until 7:30pm. My car was towed by the police department and now I don't have a vehicle. I would have just called a towing company if this was going to happen. I am not satisfied.

@USAA I ordered roadside assistance at 1:30pm today and now it's 7:30pm and my car still isn't towed. What did I do to deserve this service? And I was advised to leave my keys at the vehicle. I would have picked a better service than use @USAA for roadside assistance.

@USAA Now my car has been picked up by the police department because @USAA took so long. Will ever I get back my car back? I would have just picked a towing company if I knew this was going to happen. I called every 30 minutes and they kept telling 30 minutes more for 4 hours.
