@DailyMailUK Except @TheRangeUK, they've been open all this time yet are ignoring customers, customer complaints, they don't answer their customer service phone line but do charge people by the minute to hang on for ages.

@TheRangeUK Try answering your complaints. Customer service is a joke. If I dont get a reply soon I'll be posting photos of my complaint all over social media. And the umpteen emails, telephone calls ect I've made and had no response at all.

@MartinSLewis you should look at the range. The complaints for them are astounding. I bought a table and chairs, chairs are dropping to bits. Unsafe for use. Cant contact them at all. Emailed, fb messaged, rang them. No response at all. And their are hundreds of people like me

@TheRangeUK When you remember the table and chairs you bought from the range are a dangerous pile of crap. When you remember they don't answer their phone, emails or complaints. When you remember your kids have to eat their food on their knees. Yeah that 🤦‍♀️

@BBCWatchdog @BBCTheOneShow .@BBCWatchdog perhaps you could look into what really goes on @TheRangeUK and find out why they are ignoring customers complaints? Try ringing their customer service line (mentioned on their pinned tweet) to see if any answer. Be careful though, you'll be charged by the minute
