Evening so we go again tonight. Lets get behind the team we need a win and a convincing win plus some attractive football I have no finger nails left after the 1st half of last week's game so come on England bring on the Feelgood factor for us all!!
Hydration breaks are three minutes. Why?
Because that's the length of a US ad break.
How long does it take to have a glug of water and get back out there? Thirty seconds?
Football remains the beautiful game but the men who run it are managing to severely damage its reputation and it looks like they will be pressing the accelerator throughout this World Cup. It is incredibly sad.
Ian Wright is an absolute hero for saying how we all feel about this World Cupβ¦
βI've just read that the Somalian referee has been denied entry. Every few hours it's another story, another story about fans denied, players denied, officials denied, journalists denied, now refs," Wright said.
"You know something I'm laughing but it's not funny, it's actually not funny and something has to be said.
"The expensive tickets, the most expensive tickets ever, expensive accommodation, transport through the roof. It has to be said.
"Is this how the hosts behave really for the greatest game, the greatest tournament in the world, is this how the hosts behave?
"Are we not hearing more? Are we seeing how Qatar got dragged, are we not hearing more? Is this the spirit of football, really?
"You know who I feel for? I feel for the American fans who are desperate for this, American soccer fans who are desperate for this, how embarrassed they must be. How embarrassing for them this must be.
"This is the World Cup, this is a World Cup of chaos. Whoever wins this World Cup is going to have to go through some serious chaos to get this done.
"I hope we can do it, but something has to be said now. This is the World Cup."
Look whatβs been built in Cardiff for swifts. My niece sent me these photos and said the structure was alive with birds. Heartening to see. Itβs shaped like a swift in flight I think. Other towns have created similar swift nest sites including Exeter. Thank you for caring.
Today, we remember Alan Turing, who died on 7 June 1954.
A mathematician, codebreaker and pioneer of modern computing, Turing's work helped shorten the Second World War and laid the foundations for technologies that shape our lives today.
For decades, his achievements went largely unrecognised, and he faced profound personal challenges because of who he was. Yet his contribution to science, innovation and society remains extraordinary.
On the anniversary of his death, we honour a man whose ideas changed the world and whose legacy continues to inspire generations of thinkers, problem-solvers and innovators.

Veteran news anchor Jon Snow has shared that heβs living with dementia, speaking publicly for the first time to raise awareness of a condition affecting around 1 million people across the UK.
Jon and his wife, neurologist Dr Precious Lunga, are supporting Alzheimerβs Society @alzheimerssoc and shared the story of Jonβs diagnosis in @DailyMail as part of our Defeating Dementia campaign with the newspaper.

Weβve partnered with Jon, in association with @Channel4, on a powerful new documentary airing on 20 June. Jon Snow: A Last Big Story looks at how heβs navigating life with dementia, and how, when we all come together, we can change the story.
Thank you to Jon and Precious for their courage and openness to bring much-needed attention to dementia π
