@Michie_one1 @ClarkChambers7 The DVLA for a fee may let you send a letter to the owner. We had to do this to get witness details for an accident (we only had the reg of the witnesses car). They will read the letter before sending it on.

@clhubes I think it’s because baby’s can see stripes/black and white/contrast only when they are newborn as non-Mat stuff won’t initially fit post partum & lots of mat stuff is also BFing friendly
