Told them I've reset my network settings, toggled wifi/data on and off, toggled airplane mode, and restarted my phone several times. Then they told me they'd get an "expert" to help me and I haven't heard back since.

@ATTHelp Ppl have literally been DMing you ALL DAY about svc issues on the east coast (& specifically around Baltimore) and all you do is say "DM Us!" Followed by "There is no service outage, restart your phone" and then you ghost. Your customer service team needs to do better.
