Where does one go to leave bad reviews for Amazon? Trying to get a refund posted to my account since JANUARY!!! I'm getting NOWHERE!!! I have no idea what to do to get this resolved. They keep ASSURING me that this will be resolved - I WANT MY REFUND AMAZON - NO EXCUSES!

I don't recommend it. I can barely find my butt with both hands when it comes to the web. I think of web design as "perpetual ignorance." I recommend hiring the pros.
