@Roblox loves to claim they prioritize child safety, but their actions say otherwise. They continue to profit from items in their marketplace that players legally purchase—only to ban or terminate accounts for owning them.
@Roblox Roblox has the resources to fix this but chooses not to because bans and terminations don’t affect their bottom line. The marketplace keeps running, the money keeps flowing, and users—many of them kids—are left paying the price. Do better, Roblox.
@Roblox This isn’t about protecting kids—it’s about protecting their profits. A real safety policy would involve preventing unsafe or exploitative content from ever being listed, not baiting players into buying items just to punish them later.
@Roblox If safety was truly a priority, they wouldn’t allow these items in the marketplace to begin with. Instead, they knowingly let people buy them, cash in on the transaction, and then act like the victim by banning accounts after the fact.

@Roblox For a platform that thrives on its community, Roblox refuses to invest in real customer support that actually helps players. If they’re going to have an appeals system, they need to staff it with real people.
@Roblox Users have reported submitting multiple appeals, only to receive the exact same copy-pasted response every time. It doesn’t matter if you were banned by mistake, if your account was hacked, or if there was an error—Roblox doesn’t care.
@Roblox There’s no real review, no chance to explain, and definitely no way to actually appeal—because how can you appeal to a system that doesn’t even listen?
@Roblox If your account gets unfairly banned, good luck getting it back. You can submit an appeal, but all you’ll get is a generic, bot-generated response that barely acknowledges your issue.
@Roblox It’s time for Roblox to stop hiding behind automated systems and provide real customer service. Paying users deserve better. Parents deserve better. The entire community deserves better. Do better, Roblox.
@Roblox For a platform that profits off millions of kids & families, it’s unacceptable. If an account gets hacked? If you’re wrongly banned? If there’s a billing error? Good luck!Roblox rakes in billions but refuses to invest in actual human support to assist their players.
@Roblox There are no real customer service reps to actually help users with account issues, billing problems, or security concerns. Instead, you’re stuck in an endless loop of “read our FAQs” and bot-generated replies that don’t even address your issue.
@Roblox For a multi-billion dollar company, Roblox has some of the worst customer service imaginable. Scratch that—calling it “customer service” is generous when it’s really just automated responses, copy-pasted emails, and a brick wall of frustration.
A 19-year-old autistic passenger, a 5’2” white girl living in Canada with her parents, receiving disability benefits and healthcare there. She had minimal luggage. Why assume she’d overstay in the US? This is discrimination and ableism. @DHSgov@CBP@GovMurphy@CBPTroyMiller
@CBP@DHSgov@CBPTroyMiller@GovMurphy This happened twice! Despite calling Customs on Wednesday to confirm we had all the right documents for Friday, she was still denied. Now her passport is flagged due to a biased agent. This is unacceptable! #Discrimination
