Why aren't we hearing more about researchers? Many science magazine's today focus only on the results of research, showcasing groundbreaking discoveries.
But what about the journey & experiences of the researchers? Let's give researchers the recognition they deserve.

I see collaboration and cooperation as the way forward. The key challenges for dementia research are funding - which in part can be targeted with science communication and education - and a way for knowledge sharing to expand beyond the academics.
The way of teaching has changed a lot in these 30 years. The logocentric lesson is now obsolete. It is necessary to involve the student and make him the protagonist of learning. I strongly believe in the laboratory: you learn science by touching each experiment with your hand.
