@SBICard_Connect I have been trying to close the credit card. The customer care executive abruptly ended the call when I asked about the need to make a video call. Utterly disappointing and unprofessional for the executive to cut the call. KINDLY HELP!

@SBICard_Connect Despite repeated requests to close my credit card account, SBI Card has made no effort to settle the outstanding amount. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the lack of response and resolution from the bank.
