I’m heartbroken & demoralised that Keir Starmer, the best PM this country has had, who actually has morals, was pushed out by those who don’t. However, he retains his good soul, which hasn’t been corrupted. He epitomises how all politicians should look & behave. He’s unmatched🙌🏼
Absolutely ridiculous- fine come and work here, but giving almost 4.2 million migrants who arrived between 2021 and 2024 access to public services is ABSURD!!
🚨 NEW: Andy Burnham is set to scrap Shabana Mahmood's immigration reforms and will give millions of Boriswave migrants Indefinite Leave to Remain, allowing them to access welfare and public services.
A universal extra payment funded by taxes on working people, given specifically to old people who, on average, are the wealthiest age group in society, is stupid. It just is.
The strength of feeling from allies, in particular from across Europe, is something to behold.
Keir Starmer really did rebuild our nation’s reputation on the global stage.
Dear Keir,
Thank you for standing with Belarusians and for your principled support for our democratic future.
At a time when dictators try to divide and intimidate Europe, your voice stood firmly with freedom.
Belarusians will always remember your solidarity with gratitude.
It has been a privilege to work alongside Sir Keir Starmer as he has led international efforts to support Ukraine through the Coalition of the Willing, strengthen NATO, improve Arctic cooperation, and deepen the historic partnership between Canada and the United Kingdom.
Throughout, and in the face of exceptional challenges, Keir has acted with principle, determination, and collaboration. The world is safer and allies are more united because of his efforts.
Keir, thank you for your lifetime of public service. I am grateful for your friendship, and I wish you all the best as you concentrate on your "most important job.”
Kier Starmer is losing his job because he lacks charisma, which is strange because the entire country just wanted a Prime Minister to "get on with the job"
Keir, thank you for all our cooperation, your support, and the joint decisions that have helped make our Europe and our protection of life stronger.
The United Kingdom has been, is, and will remain among the world’s leaders. Here in Ukraine, we deeply value Britain, and every meeting and every conversation we have had has always been filled with real substance.
Thank you for always being in touch, always engaged, and always striving to do what is needed and what will truly help.
I wish the United Kingdom and all British people every success as well as realisation of your national goals. We have confidence in Britain.
Keir, you are always a welcome guest in Ukraine.
@Keir_Starmer
Andy Burnham hasn’t been in parliament for years. No involvement in international politics, failed twice to lead the Party.
He is extremely out of his depth and under qualified to just walk into number 10.
What he and his associates are doing is reckless.
This G7 economy with nuclear weapons is about to crown someone PM who hasn't been in Parliament for years and has zero foreign or defence policy creds, all because he has a nice smile, nothern accent, wears a T-shirt with a jacket and did something to bus fares in one city. Wow.
I consider @Keir_Starmer a friend and I'm thinking of him on what must be a very tough day.
Serving in public life is a tremendous privilege but politics can also be a harsh business.
When the time comes for Keir to leave Downing Street, he can be proud of the contribution he has made to the country he loves and to the Labour Party that he led back to Government in 2024.
I'm grateful for the opportunities we had to work together to strengthen our AUKUS defence and security partnership, support the brave people of Ukraine and keep children safe from the damage that social media can do.
I wish Keir, Victoria and their children well with everything the future holds.
It can take many leaders years to grow into the statesman you became in just two years.
European and Ukrainian security is stronger because of you.
Thank you, dear Keir.
What people seem to forget is that Keir Starmer is actually very well respected on the world stage.
The thought of Andy Burnham rocking up to a G7 meeting and anyone taking him seriously is wild.
