@Assurant explain to me how this makes sense please? iPhone 6+ a tier 5 device but a 6s+ and 7+ are tier 4?? Why is a regular iPhone 8 a tier 5 device now?? I could even understand a 8+ being a T5 device but this just doesn’t make sense...

@Assurant this isnt a private matter, i would like a public answer to my question because this doesnt make sense.

here is what would make sense: Tier 3 = iPhone 6, 6s, 7 and 8; Tier 4= iPhone 6+, 6s+, 7+, 8+ and Tier 5= iPhone X or even T3= i6, i6s and 7; T4= i6+, i6s+, i7+, i8 and i8+; T5= iX.

@Macys but then again, what do i expect, when you outsource your call center to people that have no clue what they are doing.

@Macys you have the worse online ordering process EVER. placed order on 12/24 and was cancelled the day after because you use some horrible system that doesnt match peoples phone number to the name on their order, this is horrible.
