@shegone03 I get what you mean. But high exit velocity is a direct correlation of a ball that’s squared up. How many time in your time did you call a ball a piss missile? Now they have a way of recording it. Isn’t that the aim of a hitter to hit the ball hard?

I get a lot of what you’re saying but don’t think some new terms like stay connected a due to a more superior understanding of biomechanics now compared to the 90s.
