This time of year can be a difficult for anyone who has experienced or is experiencing grief.
There is no timetable for how long grief lasts, or how you should feel at a particular time of year. But remember, you aren't alone.

I am so excited to share with you that I have written a book on what perfectionism is and how we escape it.
If you've ever felt overwhelmed by the soul-crushing need to compete for more or to be the best, this book is for you.

We are looking for adult & youth volunteers to support our new universal youth groups in Stratford-Upon-Avon. The groups are for local young people aged 8-18 yrs. Training and support is available, with this exciting and rewarding opportunity.
Today at #stratfordyouth we had an extra half term youth club. New beanbags thank you @F0undationHouse. Great artwork for our window display & tasty Pizza from @dominos🍕
Thanks for coming down and see us!

This #WorldMentalHealthDay, the most important message we can share is talk to someone you trust if you’re struggling. You don’t have to go through this alone - and there is no shame in accepting help. Let someone support you. Things can get better.
