@E_Barcohana Silver lining:
They’re stupid. They ballot harvested for the candidate with no name recognition who cried election night. They did not ballot harvest for the incumbent with name recognition which would give them plausible deniability.
SCOTUS could really help out our future
@genethelawyer@E_Barcohana Hypothetically, if the DOJ opened up an investigation into this election, would the same people telling us to trust these results trust the DOJ if they found fraud?
@krystalball Some days you’re literally stupid. Other days you’re just willfully intellectually obtuse.
I dont even think you know which you are with this take.
@bruce_straughan@ISmith8482@HoltzHeroes I was about 8 years old and this is one of the first plays I remember having an early affect on me. I was so stunned that it went the whole way and I talked about it for weeks afterward. One of those first moments that made me a diehard fan forever
@JustineBateman Communists never show enthusiasm for a candidate, especially in that candidate’s district where there are still “Moms for Pratt” signs on Ventura blvd. They only begrudgingly decide (in perfect numbers) to vote specifically by mail for a candidate with 9% support on Election Day.
@EricLDaugh Why would the candidate who had no enthusiasm behind her and was badly trailing in the polls have so much enthusiasm only in mail-in ballots to come after Election Day?
@Shawn_Farash We do demand it. Our peaceful protest is to continue to vote
As long as the dems win, they have no incentive to demand fairness since that never works for them
We need the attention from the rest of the country to show how popular Hilton and Pratt are to make it too big to rig
To my fellow Angelenos who want change, and are considering voting for Nithya Raman, I can assure you, she is not fit for the job, and she has no path to victory. A vote for Nithya is a vote for Karen Bass. I am ready to earn your vote and make LA feel safe for all.
@HomersBestBits I’ve always appreciated the animation in this scene. There’s no reason besides keeping Marge’s blinking in the scene to have the reflection in the mirror, but you have Homer in the mirror as well to have his reversed perspective.
This is how much people used to care.
@Variety This is exactly why freedom of speech is so important. When you hear the people who know the least spout their regurgitated talking points all in a row with confident self aggrandizement, it helps the undecideds vote against them. In fact, it’s encouraging.
@TheCinesthetic It’s not great, but it has 100% charm, carried almost entirely by an energetic performance by one of the most watchable actors in history. MJF turned a weak script and cliche idea into an 80s gem.
