For clarity: they did receive all of their items, unfortunately it seems that they just didn’t remember exactly what they had purchased. Thankfully whatnot provides video receipts and I remember packing this order too 😅

How to not get a refund or help with an order from a small online business:

1. Feedback extortion. Online marketplaces like whatnot and eBay are pretty clear about feedback extortion. Saying you will only leave good feedback if a seller meets your demands is clearly against that term.

2. Blocking the buyer after messaging them and not even giving them a chance to help you. I would have gladly helped to resolve this, however the buyer didn’t even give me a chance. Which is unfortunate both for them and myself.

If you’re ever unhappy with an order you receive, just talk to the seller and they’ll more than likely work with you to make things right. If they don’t for some reason, then go to the platform’s support, they have buyer protections in place to help you as well, both the seller and the platform want you to keep coming back!

the reason the Xpeng looks so much nicer here is due to the Jaguar being a basic phone pic and the Xpeng being a professional photo with professional lighting

@W00DS_eth I’m not a fan of most G-Shocks but I actually really dig this one because of it being stainless steel instead of rubber mainly I think, and the design vs the more modern G-Shocks, late 90s-early 2000s just had some rad designs

Might have lost the product and $165 thanks to USPS damaging the box and somehow not putting 80% of the items back in when they resealed it… But I gained a loyal return customer.

One thing I learned from community management/Discord over the years is how important good customer service is. And that heavily applies to a reselling business as well.
