Just a reminder when someone offers you a handshake. Which shows respect (well it used too) ensure you look the person in the eyes and not turn your head.. very disrespectful, and yes I will keep calling those out.

These girls joined us for one reason, not to win championships but to have the opportunity to be in a gym and able to work on their skills.. (Championships are just bonuses)
So proud of them and their parents for their commitment to their daughter’s growth in the sport.

I really stress body language and team and self respect for my girls/players.
