This “upgrade” also happens to allow them to charge customers more than doing maintenance/upgrades to power lines would.

@MarylandPSC Except @MyBGE is still allowed to hold a monopoly in the Baltimore area resulting in terrible service for its customers. They have no incentive to improve the infrastructure and as a result our family is without power for the third time in less than a year. Allow some competition
