Nice little planting job of this gorgeous Magnolia grandiflora for a @BartonGrange_GC customer in Balderstone. A bit of effort required to get the large pot up on to the planter but well worth it! #gardening#flowers#horticulture#landscaping
#TreeSafety and #Ecology Welfare combined @LancasterUni This Sycamore #tree had a huge stem fracture that meant it was unsafe but had created the perfect site for a #bat roost. Solution, dismantle the crown via soft-felling leaving trunk as standing pole and ๐ฆroost intact. #arb
Today we had to remove some large trees for safety reasons. The trees were recently surveyed and inspected using internal resistograph testing which revealed advanced decay in the main heartwood. Conventional dismantling was deemed to dangerous so brought in the heavy iron.
Weeds pop up in even the smallest of spaces! Spraying weed killer on your paths and driveways will help you keep in control of them. What a difference it'll make too! Now that's a good job for the weekend.
