The snakes in Indiana government are trying to ban Marijuana advertising in a Motor Vehicle bill (HB 1390). They have bounced this around to several other bills in a shell game of shame to get it through without notice. "The bill prohibits advertising "by any medium" for marijuana products or businesses". This is a violation of the 1st amendment rights of the legal businesses in neighboring states with more logical Marijuana laws.
