A one-to-watch for Dutch and international youth scouts: Abubakarr Kargbo. The 14-year-old left centre back of NEC Nijmegen is someone with decent potential.

He came over from a local amateur club this year and already made his debut for NEC Nijmegen U17 as a U15-player.

Kargbo is a tall strong fast defender, who stands out especially in duel strength. With ball, he has a lot of power forward and as a defender he knows how to score regularly. Due to his speed, he is able to defend with spaces in his back.

One of his areas for improvement is his positioning as a defender, and his passing in build-up.

Official ✍🏼 Former NAC Breda player Aime Omgba has signed his contract at KAA Gent. Transfer fee around €1,5M.

KAA Gent will get an attacking midfielder with a lot of depth in his game. Omgba also has amazing physical conditions, which makes him a very modern player. 🔵🇳🇱

🔴��� Two players who make me happy to watch this season are AZ Alkmaar midfielders Julian Oerip (18) and Kasper Boogaard (19).

Both players have expiring contracts, which means they could be signed for free by a club next summer.

They both already had a huge impact on the success of AZ Alkmaar U19 in the UEFA Youth League this season, and already played the necessary games for Jong AZ in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie.

6. Jeremy Jacquet - Clermont Foot (19, CB) 🇫🇷

📈Market value: €1,000,000

Jeremy Jacquet is a right-footed central defender from Stade Rennais, who is currently on loan to Clermont Foot, which plays in the French Ligue 2. Jacquet is 1.90m tall, has a strong physicality and excels in duelling and his passing. Jacquet does need to improve in his ball acceleration, but that is one of the few weaknesses.

Jacquet is also a French youth international and has played several international matches for France U19. His contract at Stade Rennais runs until the summer of 2027. Rennais have a potential goldmine on their hands with Jacquet. 💎
