Today, we’re talking about the Daily Drawdown Limit — the Account Killer.

It’s one of the most common reasons traders breach their accounts.

Why?
1️⃣ Overtrading
2️⃣ Heavy lot sizes
3️⃣ Poor psychology

Most standard accounts have a 5% Daily Drawdown Limit, which is reasonable.
But the key is how you manage it.

If you’re an aggressive trader, I’d suggest risking around 1.5% per trade instead of going all-in.

This gives you room for:
• Multiple trades
• Slippage
• Commissions
• Margin requirements

💡 Pro Tip: Having multiple active accounts can also help.

If one account is already close to its Daily Drawdown Limit and a high-quality setup appears, another account with more available drawdown gives you more room to trade.

Remember:
The Daily Drawdown Limit isn’t just a number. You need to manage it intelligently.
