@Delta Awesome job to Laycee at RSW, C terminal/C4 for helping me and my family get home yesterday! Also-kudos to the flight crew Flight 1502 to DTW for a VERY late flight -my luggage actually made it home with me!! Delta-you are great!!! But Laycee in Fort Myers DESERVES A RAISE
