Dear @IncomeTaxIndia, I am not claiming exemption u/s 80 U, then why this error is coming. Also to rectify no hyperlink comes there. Helpline says as "mobile number is not registered" while I am filing returns since 8 Years. I am stuck here from last week. Plz rectify.

@JioCare I am again surprised . Is it the trend of JioFiber to not attend the failure/connection issue and simply send a message that "visit has been rescheduled as per your request" ? I haven't request for any hold or rescheduling. Will you attend the failure or I should other ways ?
