To know who it is to be blamed, get the notes of all the calls I made to 121 which tells why the disconnection never happened.

I have already paid for 2 months and I need no call unless I have the notes or call recordings to prove everything and should be recorded here in this thread

If notes are unclear then I need call recordings made to 121 since Dec 1st week If it’s compliant and identify what all happened so it’s clear of the lack of service Airtel provides.

Withdraw the funds, redo the payment again. Wait for another do to reflect, call and initiate the unpledging. Wait for another 10 days to use the mutual funds
