I studied in NSTI Bangalore,I worked in factories near Peenya industrial zone Bangalore,but they were treating the students with disrespect,only order was load and unload materials,lift the heavy material from ground floor to second floor.

If you own an auto in Bengaluru, you can make upwards of 2k per day after fuel costs. A delivery guy can earn upwards of 20k. Who will want to do backbreaking factory work?

A service sector servicing a narrow elite whose compensation is in $ is screwing up lot of things in india - from real estate to blue collar wages.

@lsob_ @Puyangan5 You are wrong,there is nothing called skilled,semi skilled,unskilled in factories,You have to do coolie work, lifting of things,material moving from one place to another, abuses from owners,life is hard and tough. You should advice never to go for factory work.

@Puyangan5 You are correct, From skill India to ITI ,NSTI trades to internship/apprentice to factories they don't teach anything just have to coolie work lifting the heavy things in factories in the name of internship they get free labours to do slavery,

@SandeepMall First the factory owners should treat the workers with dignity, they should respect them,one of the worst work in India is factory work, they will treat you like slaves, intern/training students should never ever work in factories they will not give ₹50/day for slavery.

Why the youngsters are not working despite inflation,the real reason is not because of education because of the no payment after jobs,no teachers in ITI,in the name internships/training,We have to work like slaves for Doing labour work for ₹50 and ₹100.

@IndianTechGuide They are earning in metro,this is what they get paid,now in the name of internship training they don't pay even basic amount like 50 or 100 rupees,if you don't they will not give certificates, that's why no one want to go in factories.

@Avinashwhiz @GabbbarSingh In factory there is no safety,abuses,no proper pay,no respect and no holidays,they treat the worker like servant, but in gig it's flexible you can do whatever you want,you just have to login and start,no bosses,no slavery,no health risk,no payment issues,
So they prefer gig.
