@CarrierMideaInd@amazonIN I purchased a Carrier AC from Amazon, and it was installed by Carrier technicians on 4 Mar 2026.
The first cooling issue appeared on 13 Apr. Under Request No. 1313446133, a technician visited on 17 Apr and informed me that the gas had completely leaked.
Today is 28 May, and my AC is still not repaired. This level of after-sales service for such an expensive product is completely unacceptable.
@CarrierMideaInd@amazonIN Please resolve this issue immediately. Customers deserve better after-sales support.

I raised a service request for my AC on Monday (SR No: 1313446133), and it is still unresolved. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no action from your team.
