I ordered linen trousers from @myntra (sold by Iconic Fashion Retailing Pvt Ltd). Delivery was delayed from 10th May to 13th May. Since I was out of town, my security guard received the package.
Opened it today and found only a random piece of cloth inside — no trousers.
Myntra is now refusing to take any action or initiate a return/refund.
What should i do now? I have been a customer for a long time. Will never buy from @myntra again.
