@allinwithchris @chrislhayes Chris Hayes is right -- BUT Trump is raising the immunity defense in the documents case in the 11th Circuit. If SCOTUS denied cert and allowed DC Circuit decision to stand, 11th might rule differently, and then there would be a split that SCOTUS would have to resolve.
