Our bakery/barista class this week had their first practical lesson making scones & mojito mocktails. We were amazed at the rise of their scones as they were certainly of sellable quality. Very excited to see how this class progresses & we will take you along on their journey!!

Wk beginning 23/06/25

Final week of the academic year is here and I think we will all agree, what a busy year it has been!
We are not quite done yet though and it’s the best week ever, (in the teachers opinion) CLEANING WEEK!!!
