Train no. 16343 from Madurai Jn to Rameshwaram shown on platform no. 3 on @RailOneIndia app. But train came on platform no 1. Also inform to gaurd for stop the train but they denied. We 15 passenger waiting for train at platform no.3

Also announcement system at Madurai Junction is not working. So how we know about the change in platform?

Train no. 12756 running 40 minutes late and also stopped near Vadodara marshalling since last 35 minutes.
