Canned tomato sauce this weekend. Ate some too! Started out as 50lbs of homegrown tomatoes and basil and jalapeños. Removed the skins and seeds first. Added shredded beets to the jars on the left for color. Salt, olive oil, sautéd onion, and garlic. Sooo good!
