“Why Did a Tiny Stone Get Stuck in My Body?”
Lets talk about Kidney stone,
Imagine your body is like a busy kitchen, and your kidneys are the cleaners. Every day, they wash the dishes (your blood) and pour the dirty water (your pee) down the drain to keep your body clean.
Now, sometimes when we eat certain foods—like too much spinach, nuts, sweet potatoes, or chocolate—they leave behind little bits of stuff called oxalate.
Oxalate is like the chalky dust you see after drawing with crayons.
Then there’s calcium, which is usually a good guy. It makes your bones strong and helps your heart beat right. But when calcium and oxalate meet inside your kidney, they get sticky.
Picture this: tiny pieces of oxalate and calcium holding hands, forming a little hard rock, like a crystal. That’s a calcium oxalate kidney stone.
Now this rock doesn’t just stay quietly in one place. Nope. It wants to leave your body through pee. But to do that, it has to pass through a tiny tube. And the rock is sharp, hard, and rude—it doesn’t say excuse me!
That’s when you feel the pain. Like someone scratching you from the inside. Your back may hurt. You may feel like peeing a lot. You may even cry. Because the rock isn’t supposed to be there.
But why did it happen?
Because:
— You didn’t drink enough water to flush things out.
— You ate too many foods high in oxalate and not enough foods that balance it out.
— You didn’t have enough magnesium or citrate, which normally help stop the stone from forming.
— Your kidney got too busy and not enough support.
How to help your kidneys and stop stones:
— Drink plenty of clean water every day (your kidneys love it).
— Don’t go crazy with high-oxalate foods like spinach, almond flour, or peanuts.
— Add more calcium from food (like eggshell powder or sardines) so oxalate doesn’t float alone.
— Eat foods that help like lemon, magnesium-rich veggies, and okra.
— Pee when you need to, don’t hold it too long!
Because in the end, when the kitchen is clean, there’s no mess left behind to become stones.

Do you know you can get rid of skin tags by eating right?
You don’t need to rub the chemicals they cajole you into buying.
Skin tags, also known as acrochordons, can be a sign of insulin resistance. And when you eliminate sugar, wheat, and seed oils from your diet, your body can begin to correct the root cause.
You can also apply extra virgin olive oil to your skin instead of spending money on unnecessary treatments.
Fix your diet and see the difference for yourself.
