This isnt an isolated incident, its a pattern of behaviour, bookings are being taken online & confirm tickets r given, then trains are delayed and eventually 'partially' cancelled so that consumers have to file TDR, most of them don't know Tdr. White money in irctc pocket !

@IRCTCofficial 01423 Train supposed to start from Pune 8.00am.
Train status is unknown, local station master has no update. NTES website shows train on time. 139 customer care says they have no update.
This is a mockery of consumer. 4th train this week that was cancelledl/late

@IRCTCofficial Refund for PNR : 8412028838 Train cancelled refund not credited.
Customer care didn't pickup the phone. Also tried to connect to 139 4-5 times.

Train was cancelled by @IRCTCofficial now customer care says "aapko kuch nahi milne wala phone rakhiye..." customer care executive name : Srishti Dhakad.
She says its irctc who cancelled and not "Indian Railways" so we dont do refund.

I really miss this sunset and the ERC since I was there for my training period and after the office hours and long day this was the best thing to feel relaxed with a cup of tea in your hands, it was such a wonderful journey !
