Celebrating our daughter’s first birthday means we had to get some good food! 🎉🍗

We chose Moes Chicken & Grill located in Zion, Illinois. I had their chicken at a party a couple of weeks ago, and it was so good that I knew I wanted it for today’s celebration.

The food absolutely delivered I’d give it an 8/10.

The one thing I’d like to see improve is the customer service. We called yesterday, and did the pick up order today, the service wasn’t great, it was missing that welcoming vibe. It’s the little things that make a big difference:

“Hi, how are you today?”
“Thanks for choosing Moe’s!”
“What can I get for you?”

A little friendliness goes a long way in creating a great customer experience.

Overall, though, the food is delicious! 🎂❤️
