We’re having a couple infrastructure issues intermittently throughout the day today.

One of our caching mechanisms ballooned rapidly because of an unexpected change by one of our infrastructure providers.

Update: we’ve identified the issue and we are working on implementing a fix so that the system is able to resume processing the backlog of orders without skipping any. ETA is still undetermined but hopefully later today.

Update: Phase 1 fix has been implemented and the backlog of orders and transactions are being processed.

Later next week we will have another planned maintenance period to address some identified root cause issues that will require some down time.

Once we get through the backlog of orders will be rolling out Phase 2 of the fix. The hope is that there will be very little to no disruption.l but it is possible that we will have a small maintenance period where orders are paused or delayed by an hour or two.
