Well, they've put it in writing, Comrades.

The Senate President and Maryland Speaker of the House, better known as our Overlords in Annapolis — just sent out their marching orders: the August special session will ONLY consider legislation on congressional redistricting.

No gas tax relief. No help with skyrocketing electric bills. No fixes for the repeated failed audits in state government. Nothing for the hardworking families struggling to make ends meet.

This special session isn't for you — it's for them. A taxpayer-funded power grab to rewrite the State Constitution, create a double standard, and gerrymander away our last Republican congressional district.

While Maryland stares down a $3 billion deficit and families flee high taxes and costs, the ruling class prioritizes protecting their power over respecting the will of the people.

This is why trust in Annapolis has hit rock bottom. Southern Maryland deserves better than politicians who treat the Constitution like a rough draft.

The Freedom Caucus and I will fight this at every turn. Tell your local Democrat candidates who promise bipartisanship to speak up and focus on real issues — or step aside. Their silence says it all.
