@KJTweetster @Natures_Voice It can be difficult to quickly identify some large birds of prey, but the Red Kite is unmistakable once you get a glimpse of that beautiful forked tail. Lovely to have it over you house.

I didn't realise they would be efficient/powerful enough to work in reverse for electrical generation.

@Lucy_Lapwing Three Redpoll!!! I’d never seen one before, so I had to do a little sketch of what I could see, and then consult my books afterwards. At first glance they looked like house sparrows, but the heavy mascara and crimson crown was a clue I was seeing something new.

@HagertyUK By underrated, you mean not the obvious, so I nominate the Honda R18 1.8 vtec. Mine is at 140000 miles on original plugs and timing chain, never missed a beat. Zero maintenance in a cars lifetime.

@itsleillo I shudder every time I hear the words ‘our budget is…’ following a list of requirements. It implies a lack of respect for your time and talent. I don’t get away with having a budget at the till in Lidl or Harrods. List what you need and either accept the fee or reduce your list.

@itsleillo A ‘couple’ of rounds of feedback means potentially illustrating each a minimum of 3 times each. Assuming they guessed how long these would take and did the maths, they think it’s ok to offer a professional way below minimum wage.
