@tunafeelinevil @SumerianEunuch I had braces in high school, with rubber bands, and constantly broke the brackets. I wore a retainer for about 4-6 months before I never did again. My teeth shifted a tiny bit on my bottom row and that was it. I still periodically have people mention how straight my teeth are.

I originally contacted my current psychiatrist years back and ended up in the same situation as you (over zoom she said “I made good eye contact”) and never investigated.
