@NorthHertsDC have spent nearly 2 hours on hold trying to speak to someone on waste permits and council tax none of which covered on line . Currently been on hold from the main switchboard for 28 mins . Three days and still no luck . I can not believe the amount I pay for this
@GNRailUK@TLRailUK everyday delays and cancellation . Getting up at 4 to make sure you arrive at work is ridiculous . No announcements . Stuck on the Cambridge to London Bridge train for the 8 th time in 7 days

@giffgaff just received a lovely refurbished apple phone gone to set it up and not been factory reset and still linked to previous owner. So insecure and also useless to me have messaged agent but how long do I have to wait with a useless phone
