We haven't been around for a little while for several reasons - big career moments, babies and sadly some disillusion with the industry. Unfortunately we undertook a large campaign with a brand and once it was complete, never heard back from them, meaning no payment.

@PL_Intimates Yes, I've seen it from both sides too in my job, sending products and not getting anything back is so frustrating! I should have known better to require upfront payment in this case really!

@estylingerie It is - we went through a debt collection agency and still haven't managed to get anything out of it, they're just totally ignoring all attempts at contact from them too, so it would cost more than it's worth to take it any further sadly!

And I think at some point we might talk about which brand this was as they've been so uncooperative and uncommunicative that we don't want anyone to give them any custom if that's how they treat people.

@lingerie_addict Oh my goodness, we get this too! We had one very angry email that they couldn't figure out how to buy anything in our shop. And another repeatedly sending us their home address and requesting we send them our catalogue so they could order immediately!

@Knickerocker @Etsy @YesYoureSexist Aside from all the obvious issues here, I'm concerned that you're asking for technical support regarding their search function and getting "advice" on what products you should sell!

No Black Friday post from us unfortunately this year; life has just been way too busy for us lately to put the time needed into the post to give it the attention it needs, but we'll be back soon with some new reviews!
