I believe during Euro 2024 the best mates decided they were going to play together for LFC. When it was deemed we couldn't pay for Jude and he signed for Madrid, Trent was devastated and decided he would join Jude there instead.

I've seen a lot of people saying the Trent saga is FSG and boards fault. It is but not because they haven't offered him proper wages currently. We lost Trent the day they decided Jude Bellingham was too expensive. I believe he decided he was off that very day.

Interesting documentary on Netflix about how FSG bought the Red Sox in the early 2000s and were willing to do and spend anything to be the best. Such a far cry from the penny pinching they do now with both the Sox and especially LFC. Really makes you wonder..
