🚨BREAKING: Stephen Miller’s America First Legal sued all 15 Arizona counties to force them to clean non-citizens off the voter rolls — and the counties settled.

AFL’s case: state law already required monthly list maintenance and proof of citizenship for state and local races. Tens of thousands of “federal-only” voters were on the books without documentary proof of citizenship. AFL said the counties were not using the tools they already had — including DHS — to find and remove ineligible names.

The settlement: all 15 county recorders agreed to ask Homeland Security to help verify those registrations. AFL called it a win for election integrity. Critics said it was a verification process, not a mass confirmed purge of 50,000 proven non-citizens.

Kaitlin Bennett is demanding the full immigration and refugee records for Rep. Rashida Tlaib and her entire family, citing serious inconsistencies in dates and names.

Bennett stated: “There’s something not right about the story. We need the complete file to be sure.”

She added that if any rules were broken on immigration or refugee status, “That’s the law — there will be consequences.”
