@Only1Tommo96 Yes, because the PL was just a tiny little league no one watched until Guardiola and Haaland showed up. The first massive TV deal was in place 3-4 years before Pep arrived. And the only Haaland worth mentioning at that time was Alf-Inge.
@SamaHoole@martinlewes You're right about the bison, but they've been reintroduced and their numbers are climbing. And the reason most of the land is used for farming is because cows eat a lot. People who don't even raise cattle will farm hay because cattle ranches can always use it.
@SamaHoole@wholisticguy Over 80% of the land is used for agriculture and livestock. A lot of the leftover 20% is protected land for preservation of the habitat and wildlife.
@samuelitolh@Elbeauxni@SamaHoole I'm having a hard time believing you spent 15 years here and not once saw a cow. My state that is literally nicknamed "The Dairy State". We're called "cheeseheads" because of it. If you're actually being truthful, you never left the metro area you lived in like mentioned above.
@conservempls @RobbyRoadsteame Cops will call anything disorderly conduct just to make an arrest. I was threatened with disorderly conduct over the most trivial thing. While talking with a friend, I used a swear word as a cop walked past us. Said if he heard me swear in public again, he'd arrest me for DC.
@FFCJamieB I didn't choose to support the Packers. I was raised a Packers fan. Like most people, I started following the same team my parents do.
You provided us all with a great example of the Dunning-Kruger effect, though.
@Wolves Don't worry about your measly ticket price increase. I still have to wait 60+ years to even have a *chance* to pay thousands for Green Bay Packers season tickets. A single regular game in the nose bleeds can cost well over $200, depending on who they are playing.
@FFCJamieB I know, it's been 2 years, whatever. The team you found is an arena football team, which is much different to American football. Oh, Duluth is still a 3 hour drive away as well, and not even located in the same state. So, you're dumb...
@TheTrueVanguard I was sad he didn't come back to WI for his senior year, but I get why. He would've blown away Ron Dayne's career rushing record, and possibly won a well deserved Heisman.
@AdetolaBaros@premierleague@Arsenal Chelshit went 50 years of not winning anything, and when they finally did win something, it was because their new billionaire owner used his own wealth to allow the club to spend beyond their means. Which then created the need for FFP rules.
