Most people think tokenization is just about putting assets on the blockchain.
It’s not.
The real challenge in tokenization is liquidity.
You can tokenize an apartment, a hotel, or a company’s shares — but if there’s no structured way to buy, sell, and price those tokens, then all you’ve done is create a digital certificate that no one can exit from.
That’s where Nomachain Tokenized Real Estate Fund (NTRF) comes in.
NTRF is an index token for real estate and real-estate-backed assets in emerging markets.
It brings together commercial properties, residential developments, hotels, short-term stays, and even real-estate-backed debt into a single, tradable index.
Instead of betting on one building, one developer, or one location, investors gain exposure to an entire portfolio of income-generating assets.
But the real innovation is how liquidity is handled.
Every asset listed into the NTRF index contributes value into a shared liquidity pool.
Issuers pay to access this liquidity — not investors.

• Asset listing fees paid by issuers
• Trading taxes that reward liquidity providers
• Yield produced by the indexed assets
This creates a self-reinforcing system where liquidity is continuously funded, not drained.
Investors can access NTRF in two ways:
Primary market minting, often at a discount
Secondary market trading, with live price discovery
And because the index is backed by real assets — not speculation — NTRF isn’t just about short-term price movement.
It’s about long-term value, yield, and asymmetric upside.
This is how you turn real estate into a liquid, global, investable asset class.
