@NMachokoro @GrainfulTrust @nickmangwana It’s not about “drought” or “no rains” the infrastructure needs to be upgraded for the water systems to be working properly but they can think past that logic they rather build New Dams that will never be complete yet it will be cheaper to put a bigger pipeline

@NMachokoro @GrainfulTrust @nickmangwana You have a pipeline that can’t pump enough water to the reservoirs cause the pipes are too small, motors for pumping have never been up graded, they seize when over used and those are the reasons we don’t have water

Infrastructure (piping) from the dams and rivers was designed for a small population, nothing has been renewed from Rhodesian days

@mamakaCleo And getting taxed for unnecessary things, a “finance minister” who lives in a foreign land (Switzerland), sees how things in a normal country are run and taxed then come and tax a country that doesn’t have an industry or farming or “anything normal” then thinks he doing good
