Makes perfect sense to me. The country would be much better as a result. It would flourish.

But power is more important than individual and national prosperity to those in charge.

My personal view is giving someone who earns £300k

More of their own money, to spend in the economy.

Therefore paying more VAT, spending at small businesses or investing.

Is smarter for any economy than giving it to any government which ends up being a black hole.

For me that’s a smart economic decision.

They contribute enough.

I’d like to see closer to £200k take home.

It's been reported by the Telegraph that Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered Israel to support Argentina on the Falklands over Britain.

Why should Britain be expected to defend Israel's national interests if Israel's leadership refuses to respect ours?

Britain is not obliged to give any foreign government unconditional political or military support.

Our foreign policy should be guided by British interests, and British interests only - that is the Restore Britain position.

The Falkland Islands are British, and will remain British.
